Looking for low cost web hosting

Mainly, I am looking for a web hosting that charges monthly. I don't want to pay yearly and get stuck with a company.

someone suggested me chime host - http://www.chimehost.com but I can't seem to find many sites reviewing them. I see hostmonster on comparison sites but they require yearly payment for the low price.

any suggestions?

What exactly are you looking for? I have never heard of chimhost, but there are so many hosting companies out there. Many of the cheaper ones do require yearly payment, so you might be stuck doing that. You could try fastdomain.net. What kid of site do you have?
