Web design tools that is something for beginners without any special training needed when using? Nah... I don't know any but there are many sites that offers and teaches web designing tools and how to use them as well.

You can try joomla. Joomla has ready made templates and a content management system that allows you to customize your content and the site...You can also install extensions to make your site more dynamic and presentable...It is user friendly and easy to use....:)

Thanks for the tip krisskross! I have heard about Joomla but never tried it or looked into it, I'll need to do that. Is it free to download?
